We have been delivering a wide range of landscape architecture and landscape planning services for developers and housing associations for over 20 years. Now the government is committed to the most ambitious plan to deliver 400,000 new homes we can bring our experience together; working at a range of scales, challenging contexts and complex issues from large scale phased developments such as Centenary Quay in Southampton to smaller scale greenfield estates, urban extensions, infill and conversion developments.
We have assisted clients in securing site allocations and planning permission with a range of supporting landscape and environmental services from initial site assessment and formal LVIA reports through to visioning and masterplan documents. When there’s still contention we have acted as expert witness at inquiries. Once planning permission is secured we have also gone on to assist with detail landscape and external works, design and contract packages coordinating our proposals with other disciplines.
