A small greenfield development of 15 detached and semi-detached homes within the former grounds of a large property. The development was carefully laid out to preserve and protect key mature oak trees and hedgerows. A Landscape and Visual Statement was prepared to demonstrate the low impact on the surroundings and special measures to provide suitable access, screening and biodiversity gains were incorporated into the final design to meet local authority aspirations.
