We undertake commercial based projects for retail and manufacturing businesses on new build and refurbishment projects usually working as part of the design development and implementation team. We also work for business led partnerships in Business Improvement Districts. For the last 5 years we have been assisting Manor Royal Business District, the biggest business park of the Gatwick Diamond area and one of the south east's premier mixed activity employment hubs, to deliver a range of environmental and branding projects from recreational and parking projects to wayfinding and public artwork.
We aim to marry the often conflicting and competing demands of businesses in the area, local constraints, traffic management and the enhancement of the employees realm through a collaborative approach and through exploring best value options from inception through to delivery.
