Lambs Farm Business Park is strategically located south of Reading near Junction 11 of the M4 motorway on the outskirts of Swallowfield village. Looking to expand this established industrial estate environment Allen Scott undertook a landscape and visual assessment to assist with planning permission for integrating new units sensitively into the adjoining paddocks.
