Allen Scott were Lead Consultants in securing successful NLHF Round 1 and 2 bids for £2.4m and designing the enhancement packages for this hugely popular local park. 

The project has transformed some areas into a more accessible and modern park, with a new entrance, café and volunteering facilities, whilst restoring important heritage aspects such as the original Robert Marnock dripping grottos and upper lake, rhododendron displays and an oast house. In addition, improved landscapes with a wetland and boardwalk, woodland trails, a community orchard and the design of a large bespoke playground completed the project, to create a space for future generations to enjoy.
