As part of the major TFL infrastructure project extension of the East London Line, Allen Scott were appointed to develop streetscape designs for the three new stations - Dalston Junction, Hoxton and Shoreditch High Street. Three contemporary and functional designs for the new stations were developed in response to innovative architecture designed to set a new standard for the travel experience. Simple, natural palettes of materials and a sustainable, low maintenance design strategy was core to the design process. A number of bespoke landscape interventions were detailed including granite-clad raised planters, bespoke seating and steel trellis work.
