A multi-phased new residential and some mixed-use development on a 31 acre brownfield former ship building site on the River Itchen. Allen Scott has been involved for a number of years having first developed the masterplan in conjunction with Patel Taylor Architects and the pre-planning sustainability landscape strategy and planning packages for Phases 1-4 with Scott Brownrigg Architects.
