The Watford Health Campus scheme brings together the public and private sector to transform a large area of land surrounding Watford Hospital. Delivery is underway in the scheme’s 15-20 year delivery programme. Allen Scott prepared the landscape and visual assessments for the Environmental Statement in two phases, the first for the Highway Infrastructure Works providing access roads to the whole site and in the following year the assessment for the stages of built development and associated green infrastructure.
