Allen Scott have been working with Manor Royal Business District since its inception in 2013. We have helped deliver a series of successful projects and continue to work collaboratively with the BID team on several projects. We have seen public realm enhancement projects all the way through to completion as well as delivered projects that have shaped the BID’s policy on what to spend the levy funds on. Our role has varied from being a ‘critical friend‘ providing advice and support, recording and auditing existing public realm infrastructure, preparing feasibility reports, through to acting as lead designer and contract administrator on public realm and open space enhancement projects. Implemented projects include enhancements to key gateways into the Business District, creating new and distinctive public open spaces, and implementing bespoke public art.
